Communications is an interactions procces both or more, the aim is to share an
informations each other. Loyalty ,affection and love there are in an relation start from
communications like as disforce and war start from communications too. An disforce or war can
be a peacefull because communications or love and affections become war and disforce that’s all
happens because communications. Everyone have experience about it.
Its normal islam pay attentions to communications. The point in this religions is
communications to reach a peacefull life. Good speech covered syariat islam, our prophed
allowed this kind of speech, especially for something good, for other kind of speech our prophed
says keep silent. By allow our prophed instruction we believe it will keep us aware form harm of
communications. Ways of this hadist is dhaif but contain of this hadist same with hadist shahih.

responsibility for our mouth, there are human go to the hell because his own mouth.Depend on
islam, good or bad communications not only from one side, but whole part like, Aim or
intentions, Contain or,Diction, Effect of saying
All word said by mouth have aim or intensions surely have back ground good or
bad.Maybe the words directly good well but thre are poisoined, good word must like good
attitude. The good word didn’t have means bad spiritual, hated, and something bad. Pure heart
and good intentions is key for communications. Good intentions will bring all your words kindly
for others or listener, because that pure heart from bad attitude and hated is the point of moslem

Need goals and objectives

The procces of need analysis can generate a tremendous amount of information that must
be shorted in some way within the curriculmn.Goals are defined in this book as general
statements concerning desainable and attainable program purposes and aim based on formal
analysis in well established program. such perceptions likely based on informations gathered
along the way during the ongoing procces. There are 4 points in deriving goals from our
perceived needs.
Goals are general statements of the program’s purposes. Focus on what program
happened in the future and what student should be able to do when they leave the program.Goals
can serve as one basis for developing more precise and observable objectives.Goals should never
be viewed as permanent, that is, they should never become set in cement.
In fact actual changes may occur in both language needs and situations needs. The purposes of
maining goals makes the goals makes the curriculmn developes and participants consider or
reconsider the program’s purposes with specific refrences to what the students be able to do
when they leave the programs.Instructional objectives will be defined as a specific statements
that be particular, knowledge, behavior and or skill that the learner will be expected to know or
perform at the end of a coure or programs. Lets see example from American university for upper
level of ESL for academic purposes.By the the end of this course the end of this course the
student will be able to,Prepare a term paper,Takes note from lecturer,Answer the questions
following such a talk.
In all fairness, it must be pointed out the course had 17 others “objectives” which varied
considerably in level of specify. Nevertheless a statement like a student will be able to prepared
term paper, is far too general to fit an objective. The objectives do match the definitions for the
curriculmn goals. The reasonable to want the students in upper academic English program. The
primary questions is wheter the difference between goals and objectives is clear.

Cencorship By State

Freedom of speech is never an absolute right but an aspiration. It ceases to be a right
when it causes harm to something we all recognise the value of;for example, legislating against
incitement to racial hatred. Therefore, it is not the case that censorship is wrong in principle.
Certain types of literature or visual image have been conclusively linked to crime.
Excessive sex and violence in film and television have been shown (especially in studies in the
USA) to contribute to a tendency towards similar behaviour in spectators. There is a direct causal
link between such images and physical harm.
Censorship acts to preserve free speech, but puts it on a level playing field. Those who
argue for unregulated speech miss the point that it is not only state imposition that can silence
minorities, but also their social denigration by racists, sexists, homophobes or other bigots. So it
may be necessary, for instance,to outlaw racial epithets in order to ensure that black people are
treated fairly in the public space and so have a chance to express their views.
By censoring speech,we are able to stop new recruits being drawn over to the ‘dark side’
of racist or discriminatory groups. While it may ‘drive them underground’, that is where we want
them; in that way, they are unable to get new followers, so their pernicious views cannot
spread. This may entrench the views of some, but they were unlikely to be convinced anyway. So
outright bans are a better approach.
